• How to Use Hot and Cold • Compresses Cold Compress: • Fill the bag with one-third water + one-third ice, or fill the bag directly with two-thirds of its total capacity with ice water. Exclude any air from the bag, tighten the lid, and apply it to the desired area. (Recommended ice compress duration: 15-20 minutes; do not leave it on too long to avoid frostbite.) After use, place the bag in a ventilated, dry place, ensuring it is completely dry, and then tighten the lid for storage. • (50°C warm water) Hot Compress • : Fill the bag with lukewarm water below 50°C (boiling water is not permitted), not exceeding two-thirds of the bag's total volume. Then, remove the air from the bag and lay it flat on the area to be heated. After use, place the bag in a ventilated and dry location, ensuring the moisture inside the bag is completely dry, and then tighten the lid for storage. Note: Water vapor in the air will condense into water droplets when it comes into contact with something cold, which is a normal physical phenomenon. Do not use the product as a hot water bottle.
